The Challenge

DronePort Network (aka Meerir AI) operates at the intersection of emerging aviation technology, infrastructure planning, and economic development—a space many state and local economic development organizations (EDOs) are still early in understanding.

While interest in unmanned aerial systems (UAS), advanced air mobility, and drone-enabled logistics is growing, DronePort needed a way to educate the market, identify receptive regions, and engage the right decision-makers within EDOs, planning agencies, and statewide organizations.

The challenge was not awareness alone, but converting cold outreach into meaningful, strategic conversations, including discussions that could lead to statewide drone industry assessments and long-term planning initiatives.

The Solution
