She examined four priority clusters to assess competitiveness. Her analysis informed recommendations that positioned the region to strengthen high-value industries, attract new investment, and support workforce growth.

Economic Development Strategic Plan | Town of Gorham, ME | Bridget served as project manager, overseeing analysis of demographic, workforce, real estate, and market trends alongside extensive stakeholder engagement. This analysis included the economic impacts of construction and ongoing operations in the county and calculated the associated tax revenues.
