She ensured the project stayed on track and delivered a comprehensive strategy addressing market opportunities, workforce development, trade expansion, and supply chain resilience.

Target Industry Analysis Update | Bradley Development League | Connecticut | Bridget conducted analysis to update the Bradley Development League’s target industries. She examined four priority clusters to assess competitiveness. Her analysis informed recommendations that positioned the region to strengthen high-value industries, attract new investment, and support workforce growth.

Economic Development Strategic Plan | Town of Gorham, ME | Bridget served as project manager, overseeing analysis of demographic, workforce, real estate, and market trends alongside extensive stakeholder engagement. She coordinated project activities to deliver a clear action plan that guides future growth, supports business development, and strengthens the town’s long-term economic competitiveness.

Economic and Fiscal Impact of 2024 Projects | Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) | Suffolk County, NY | As an analyst on this project, Bridget conducted the modeling and data analysis to quantify the economic and fiscal impacts of all Suffolk County IDA’s supported projects for the 2024 calendar year. This analysis included the economic impacts of construction and ongoing operations in the county and calculated the associated tax revenues.
