Hannah brings experience in economic research, impact analysis, financial analysis, and strategic planning to Camoin Associates. Prior to joining the firm, she developed a strong analytical foundation through roles in economic analysis, M&A support, and business appraisal, sharpening her ability to evaluate quantitative data, interpret market and financial trends, and communicate findings clearly.

She specializes in blending rigorous economic and financial analysis with qualitative insights from stakeholder engagement to help communities make informed decisions and take meaningful action. She is passionate about using data and local perspectives to tell stories that support stronger, more resilient communities, and she works with the data and impact teams to deliver economic impact analyses.

Economic Development Strategic Plan | Lenoir County Development Alliance (LCDA) | Lenoir County, NC | As an analyst, Hannah helped the LCDA develop a two-year organizational plan to guide the newly formed organization in delivering meaningful help to its community. As part of her project work, Hannah planned and assisted in presenting a full-day in-person board retreat, coordinated stakeholder interviews, and delivered a detailed action plan to the LCDA.

Brookhaven Terminal Economic Impact | NorthPoint Development | Town of Brookhaven, NY | NorthPoint Development proposed a rail-served industrial real estate project on Long Island. Hannah served as the analyst for the project’s economic impact analysis, developing a methodology that phased in construction costs and the PILOT schedule as the project was completed over several years.

Incentive Matrix and Scorecard | Chester County Economic Development | Chester County, SC | Chester County Economic Development was interested in developing an incentive matrix to help determine abatement terms for applicants in the county. Acting as the project manager and analyst, Hannah developed a user-friendly platform with adjustable inputs to help the client streamline their applicant screening.
