Software Sales Professional (Remote)

Camoin Associates is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in growing awareness of our proven software as a service (SaaS) tool called ProspectEngage™.

The person(s) chosen for this position will serve as the primary sales professional conducting outreach to prospects across the country to educate them about our website visitation tracking and lead generation tool.

This job will require you to be persuasive and confidently converse with business executives, have an interest and passion in learning about the latest sales techniques, be technically proficient with software and technology, and, most importantly, have the desire to meet and exceed quotas and stated goals.

Camoin Associates is investing heavily in ProspectEngage™ and the person chosen for this role will play a role in improving, using, and selling this tool.   • Conduct targeted cold calls to business executives (contacts provided) explaining the benefits of ProspectEngage™ with the goal of scheduling software demonstrations.
  • Use persuasive and compelling communication techniques to engage potential customers, build rapport, and present tailored sales information.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, economic indicators, and market dynamics to identify new sales techniques.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support the marketing of Camoin Associates’ services.
  • Use various sales tools and software to communicate and track outreach efforts, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Dynamics, Five9 contact center software, and others.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • At least two (2) years of prior work experience doing sales and/or business development
  • Prior experience using CRM software like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Prior experience using cloud-based contact center software
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Skills Desired

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably involving cold calling or prospecting for business investment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Five9, and other sales tools and software a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting expected quotas.
  • Access to a quiet work environment and experience successfully working remotely.

Camoin Associates provides all equipment (PC, dual monitors, camera, optional headset for video conferencing, business-grade router, etc.).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation is commensurate with experience. The initial training period begins as an hourly position and becomes full-time salaried within two months.
  • This is a 100% remote/work-from-home position.
  • We offer a bonus program for those who exceed sales goals.
  • Once full-time/salaried status is reached, the employee receives:
    • 100% coverage of single health insurance
    • Three weeks of paid vacation
    • 401(k) retirement contribution (eligibility begins on January 1 or July 1 following six months of full-time employment)
    • Profit sharing (when offered; determined annually based on company performance)
    • Bonus compensation plan for performance above monthly sales goal
