The Challenge
The New York State Economic Development Council (NYSEDC) had a database of previously delivered and qualified target lead meetings over the past three years that had gone dormant, and they were looking for a solution to get an update on the previous discussions that detailed interest in the state of New York as a location option for facility expansion.
The Solution
Camoin Associates was contracted to revisit and status the current lead disposition of 60 companies previously delivered and considered at the time by NYSEDC and its allies to have potential for a future project. The project scope included outreach by a season engagement professional to determine continued interest in dialog with the state. For each completed executive conversation the call outcome findings were reported to the team. For executives with continued interest and plans, a follow-up call was scheduled to reconnect with ESD and its allies via a call to be hosted by Camoin Associates
The Impact
Outreach results in a 15% reconnect rate with executives who remained interested in discussing the state of New York as a location potential for future expansion of their company’s footprint.
